Please read these terms carefully before booking any training on Omni Health Hub.

By booking onto any course, you agree to the general training terms and conditions set by Omni Health Hub (phlebotomycourses-training.com).

1. General Terms

1.1 Students must agree to all terms during booking. Failure will result in cancellation.

1.2 Late arrival will result in refusal of entry.

1.3 Full attendance is required to receive certification.

1.4 Full payment must be made before attending any course.

1.5 Courses may be rescheduled due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.

1.6 Failure to attend will result in full charge with no rebooking.

1.7 Course dates are non-transferable.

1.8 We are not responsible for personal costs (travel, accommodation, childcare).

2.1 Students must comply with all policies and procedures.

2.2 Clinical sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

2.3 Assessments must also be pre-booked.

2.4 Practical sessions must be completed within 3 months of theory.

2.5 Courses must be completed within 6 months of purchase.

2.6 Online-only courses do not qualify students to perform treatments.

2.7 Training materials are protected and must not be shared.

2.8 Government restrictions may cause postponement of physical training.

• Cancellations may incur up to 100% charge depending on timing.

• Late arrivals will be refused entry and charged fully.

• No-shows will be charged 100%.

• All online courses are non-refundable.

• Access to materials counts as full delivery of service.

We reserve the right to terminate access if:

In such cases, 100% of fees may be retained.

These terms supersede all previous agreements and may be updated at any time without prior notice.
