We are looking for an experienced phlebotomist to assist in the blood donation process at Enara Bio Ltd.  We are a biotechnology company based on the Oxford Science Park in Oxford, with a purpose to shine a light on unconventional T cell targets to develop cancer immunotherapies designed to provide lasting benefit for broad patient populations.

Blood donations occur on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings, between 7.40am and 10.15am, with the phlebotomist required on site from 7:30am. We would aim to give 2 weeks’ notice for dates we have experiments running and donors booked in. However, on occasion we might require donations at short notice (<1 week), and so applicants with flexibility are preferred.

The donation process makes use of butterfly needles and a syringe system, with standard donations running at 200mL of blood. Our ideal applicants would already be familiar with this technique. However, we are open to providing basic training if you have not used syringes before.

Payment would be £55 per hour plus travel expenses (£0.45 per mile).We would require assistance as soon as possible.
